While researching the Satterly name I compiled a list of things that share the surname. There are many spellings of the same name and Satterly is just one. According to the research I've seen the spelling of the name isn't as important as you might think and I consider the major spellings to be equivalent.
So far, I have compiled lists using the spellings Satterlee, Satterleigh, Satterley, Satterly, and Saturley.

Books
Satterlee-ley-ly & Allied Families Genealogy
There are 4 volumes in the series. It's a great, although disorganized resource of history and genealogy by Goldie Satterlee Moffatt. Each book is a mix of mostly genealogy with some written responses to the many letters Moffatt sent out in her life long interest. There are a few quotes and poems sprinkled about with a few of them about the name. †
I only have access to the first three volumes. For now, it seems the fourth volume is harder to come by.
Moffatt has done more research on the name than anyone else so far. I wish she was still alive, but she died in the 1990s. Mentions of her or appearances of her work rarely appear online.
Unfortunately she left everything copyrighted. That may have mattered when she was alive trying to sell a few copies to cover her expenses, but now is a useless burden on distributing her out of print works.
Satterly Lake Area: Red Lake Mining Division
WorldCat describes the book as a “geological data inventory for Satterly Lake area”. † The owners of land near the lake say Satterly Lake is “relatively unexplored”, though mines near the lake were able to extract some silver and gold many decades ago. †
The Trouble at Satterlee's
The book is a play consisting of one act and is expected to last 50 minutes. One of the characters is Principal Miss Ophelia Satterlee. While she doesn't have the biggest role she still has quite a few lines. †

The addresses here are either the address of the business, the address of the registering agent, or the filing address of the agent. While I prefer to use the address where the business is physically located that is not always possible.
Years are from either the business record or from the year of the source. For example, if I find a business in a book from the 1800s the year listed in the business entry here would have the date the book was published.

Satterlee's Patent Inkstand
An advertisement for the inkwell from 1857 says the following.
This Inkstand combines the following Excellencies–
EXPLANATION.–The iron plate (a), with the screw thread on its rim, is held securely to the desk or table by two common screws. On this is placed the glass font (b), to contain the ink. The cap (c), of Japanned iron, surrounds the glass font, and is screwed on to the base-plate, or removed at pleasure, by the lever (d). †
It furnishes the perfect security against injury to books and furniture, occasioned by the accidental spilling or careless use if ink.
In the school-room it places the ink appropriated to the use of the pupils wholly within the control of the teacher–the removal of tho cap (c) by ordinary means being impossible.
It protects the ink from dust, prevents evaporation, and affords better security against freezing than any other inkstand in use.
There is a small space for air between the cap and the glass font. By placing a wooden cloth or fur on the base-plate, the font will be wholly surrounded by a non-conducting media, which, under ordinary circumstances, will prevent the ink from freezing.
☞ There are two patterns of the School Stand, similar in size, form, and price, and differing only in the mode of fastening the cap to the base-plate. They are designated No. 1, Screw Pattern, No. 2, Railroad Pattern.
☞ Price, by the gross or dozen, $2.50 per dozen, complete. Glass fonts separate, 25 cents per dozen. Wrenches, 25 cents each. Only one wrench is needed for a school.
The Manufacturer has just brought out two larger sizes of this stand, designed expressly for Counting House and Mercantile purposes. These are sold low, and will be found for convenience and durability unsurpassed. By the dozen, No. 1, Office, or medium size, complete, $3.75. Fonts separate, 40 cents per dozen. No. 2, Office, or larger size, complete, $6 per dozen. Fonts, flint glass, $1.25 per dozen.
A new pattern, designed expressly to take the place of the Ink Well, is just the thing for schools. Price, per dozen, $2.50. †

Satterlee Method
Scott Satterlee developed a method of reloading rifle rounds. It is a simple and focused approach that tries to eliminate variables and some types of errors. The method is sometimes called Scott Satterlee's method, The Scott Satterlee Method, or a Satterlee Load. All variations are an informal naming of something recently developed. I went with what appears to be the most common usage which is the Satterlee Method.

Rheumatism referred to arthritis, gout, and several other conditions. Today, it still doesn't refer to a specific condition. A liniment might be understood better as a heat rub.
